DIT may collect specific information about how customers use our product. Our logging server automatically collects information, including but not limited to internet protocol address, errors generated, browser type, browser language, referring URL, features accessed, time zone, geolocation data, and operating system information from devices, browsers, and servers. We include these in our log files to understand more about visitors/clients.

In order to keep our customers updated about new launches, new feature releases, changes in our product and services, DIT may periodically send mail to registered users.

Retention, deletion or blocking of data

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here. Sometimes, we may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law. After discontinuation of the respective purpose or expiry of these deadlines, we will block, delete or anonymize your information from our databases. If you wish, you will receive it in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
